Migrating Data Agent-Wise in Calley Teams

In Calley Teams, the Migrate Data Agent-Wise feature allows admins to shift data from one agent to another efficiently. This is especially useful when you need to reassign leads, feedback, or entire lists from one agent to another for various reasons, such as workload distribution or team changes.

There are four different methods available for migrating data from one agent to another, depending on your specific needs. These methods ensure flexibility in managing the sales pipeline and help optimize team performance.

Methods for Migrating Data Agent-Wise

1. All Data - Shifting All Data from One Agent to Another

This method allows you to transfer all data (leads, calls, and feedback) from one agent to another. It’s useful when you need to completely reassign an agent's entire workload.

Log in to your Calley Teams Admin Panel.

Navigate to the Teams section and select Agents.

You can see the Agent data before shifting the Data.

In the agent list, you’ll find action buttons next to each agent. Click on the Shift Data button for the agent whose data you want to migrate.

Select the Required Details,
Select the To Choose Transfer Type as Select All Data.
Choose Transfer Type as Select All Data.
Click Save Changes.

Click on OK. All data from the selected agent will be transferred to the chosen agent.

To check the all date shifted or not Click on List icon.

2. List Wise - Shifting List-Wise Data from One Agent to Another

This method allows you to move specific sets of leads from one agent to another based on their associated lists. It’s ideal when only particular lists need to be reassigned.

Log in to your Calley Teams Admin Panel

Go to Teams and Click on Agents Navigate to the Teams section and select Agents.

In the agent list, click the Shift Data button for the agent whose list data you want to migrate.
Select the Required Details,
Select the To Agent (the agent who will receive the data).
Choose Transfer Type as Select List.
Choose the List you want to shift
Click Save Changes.

Click on OK. The selected list’s data will be transferred to the chosen agent.

To check the all date shifted or not Click on List icon.

3. All Data According to Feedback - Shifting All Feedback-Wise Data from One Agent to Another

This method allows you to transfer leads based on specific feedback types (e.g., "Interested", "Follow-Up"). It helps to reassign high-priority or targeted leads for specialized handling.

In the agent list, click the Shift Data button for the agent whose feedback-wise data you want to migrate.

Select the Required Details,
Select the To Agent (the agent who will receive the data).
Choose Transfer Type as Select All Data According to Feedback.
Choose the Feedback Type (e.g., "Interested", "Follow-Up").
Click Save Changes.

Click on OK and All leads with the selected feedback will be transferred to the chosen agent.

4. List According to Feedback - Shifting Particular List Data of a Particular Feedback

This method allows you to move only the leads from a specific list that have a certain feedback type. This is useful when you want to focus on particular groups of leads for reassignment.
