Whether you're running a promotional campaign or reaching out to a long list of leads where post-call input isn't required, Calley's Uninterrupted Mode helps you move through your calls quickly and efficiently — without needing to touch your phone after each one. What is Uninterrupted Mode?

Uninterrupted Mode allows you to call through your entire list of numbers without stopping to save feedback after each call. Once activated, the app automatically moves to the next number in your list after a short delay—no manual intervention needed.

When to Use Uninterrupted Mode

Uninterrupted Mode is ideal for situations where speed matters more than feedback. Use it when you need to:

Speed-dial leads or prospects
Run awareness or outreach campaigns
Make follow-up calls where no feedback is needed

How It Works

Using Uninterrupted Mode is simple once you’ve uploaded your call list to the Calley Web Panel. Here’s how it works from start to finish:

Add your Call List to the Web Panel under your Calley account.

Log in to the Calley Mobile App using the same credentials. If you are on a Teams Subscription, only the assigned Team Agent can access the mobile app. Make sure to log in with the agent’s login details.

Tap on Start Calling Now in the app.

Click on Start Calling Now to Load a Call List.

Click on Continue.

Select and load the Call List you want to work on.

Click on Start Calling Now to start call.

When prompted to choose a calling mode, select Uninterrupted Mode.

The app will begin dialing numbers sequentially from your list, automatically moving to the next call after the set Call Delay.

Call Triggered on the Number.

There is no prompt to save feedback after each call – the process continues automatically. To pause or stop calling at any point, tap the Cancel button.

You can view the reporting and call status back in the Calley Web Panel.

Call Delay Setting

You can customize the Call Delay – the waiting period between two calls. Use this delay to catch your breath or allow the phone to settle before the next call begins. Steps to follow for Call Delay settings.

Go to Left side drawer.
Click on Settings.

Click on Call Delay.

Set a 3-second delay if you want minimal wait time. By default it set for 5-seconds. Set the delay as per your need and Click on Save.

Increase the delay if you're reviewing basic details or notes between calls.

Important Notes & Best Practices

To get the most out of Uninterrupted Mode, keep these tips in mind:

No Feedback Prompts: You won’t be asked to save call outcomes after each call. This is intentional and designed for speed.
Use When Feedback Isn’t Required: Ideal for follow-ups, cold outreach, and awareness campaigns where you're not logging detailed notes.
Check Your Call Delay: Set an appropriate delay between calls — short for speed, longer if you need time to prep.
Ensure Good Network Quality: Smooth calling depends on stable connectivity and uninterrupted call handling.
Switch Back Easily: If you need to collect call outcomes again, you can always switch back to Manual Mode.
